Kip-TownsendMy name is Kip Townsend, I am the Construction Manager for Aloha Aire, I have been in the Sheet metal, Heating and Air Conditioning field for over 25 years now.  I have for the past 15 years been in charge of the successful over site of all aspects of projects from field measurements to fabrication, installation, controls, piping, scheduling, administrative, design, estimation, CAD drawings, just about anything that has to do with keeping a business successful and customers happy.  I have a very strong “Can do” attitude and believe that if we can give high quality work for a reasonable price and make it “Hassle free” for our clients, there will be no need to worry about the competition.

John-PriceI have worked in & around the construction industry since 1972 when I started in Houston, TX. I moved into the Heating & Air Conditioning field in 1987 and have enjoyed the industry & the changes it has offered. My wife & I have had our own business for the last fifteen years in Texarkana USA. We have grown & continued to implement the changes that our industry demand as the equipment continues to change. I attend approx. 80 hours per year in continuing education to know that we have the very best & latest products & services for our customers. I am a active member of Fellowship Bible church, the Wilber Smith Rotary Club, on the Executive Board of the Caddo Area Council of the Boy Scouts, & also on the board of the First Choice Pregnancy Center.

Dana-McCauleyI began working at Aloha Aire in 2007, my first experience in the heating & cooling business. I am responsible for the scheduling and dispatching of our service department. I have been through extensive training on customer service and dispatching. It can certainly get tricky, “especially on one of our 100 plus degree days” getting all of our customers taken care of when a need arises, but it’s certainly a challenge I’m up to. I really enjoy getting to speak with so many of you, our customers, directly on the phone and look forward to helping you in the future. In my time off I enjoy travelling and spending time with friends and family. I have a wonderful cat named Mr. Kitty who definitely keeps me entertained at the house. I also have an uncanny love for 80’s movies and love to quote my favorite lines around the office. Oh and my nickname around here is the Texas Tornado Tongue Twister. I think that’s because I tend to talk fast when I get excited. Give me a call today if your Castle is not as comfortable as it should be.

Andy-BlackI was born in Frankfurt Germany and raised in Anchorage Alaska. While I am certainly not a native, I have definitely learned to call Texarkana home, having moved to the area in 2004 and really feel like a part of the community now with family and friends around. I started my career in the heating & cooling industry by taking the HVAC course offered by Texarkana College. Upon graduation I began working for Aloha Aire where I have been able to further my knowledge and skill level with the trade.  I love the challenge of my work; relays, circuit boards, motors, & capacitors are just a few of my favorite things. When I am not working I am usually out of doors. I love to go fishing, kayaking, and just travelling in general. My last big kayaking trip was a little jaunt down the Missouri river of about 180 miles, and yes, that took a lot of paddling. I also enjoy playing the guitar and keeping an eye on my dog Louie. I look forward to meeting you and lending my expertise with your home’s comfort. Give me a call today.

Jeremy-PriceI have been with Aloha Aire since 2006 and spend my work days in the capacity of parts requisition, new sales, and job coordination. I have been in and around the industry since 2001 working both in the field as well as on the distribution side. Now serving mostly in a management capacity I am finding yet another facet of this industry that is both challenging and personally rewarding. Outside of work I enjoy collecting, modifying, and playing guitars. I married my high school sweet heart in 2001 and while we do not have any children yet, we have a couple of dogs who keep us plenty busy at home. I have lived in this area since 1985 so I definitely consider this my home. Here at Aloha Aire we believe that no two customers are alike, and therefore we don’t treat you like just another customer. We want to know what makes you comfortable, and then deliver. I want everyone we come in contact with to know that when we say we are dedicated to customer service it’s not just a slogan. We mean it!

Casey-BoyetteBorn and bred right here in Texarkana, I find this area to be much more than just a town I live in, but rather my home and a place a I hold dear to my heart. I graduated from Texas High and went on to the University of Mississippi where I studied law. Although I am relatively new to the HVAC industry, my experience in the construction industry, especially in local practices and requirements, coupled with my time spent in law school has afforded me a unique level of understanding of the mechanical principles of heating and air conditioning while still being able to relate this information in a non technical jargon manner. My job is to ask you questions. Here at Aloha Aire we don’t believe in a one size fits all approach but rather a custom design prepared for your specific needs and comfort requirements. Accountability and honesty are not just characteristics I live by, but principles that I am very proud to say that Aloha Aire adheres to as well. With a focus on the long-term, I am looking forward to taking care of all of our communities heating and cooling needs in the future with the utmost of integrity.

Jesse-McPhersonI have lived in the Texarkana area since I was twelve years old so this is definitely where I call home. I married my high school sweet heart in 1997 and have been happily married ever since. We have a son named Josh and a daughter named Mackenzie. The same year I got married I began my career in heating and air conditioning working with my father in-law who has been and installer since 1972. After gleaning all I could from him I began running crews and install jobs myself. My specialty along with setting equipment is ductwork. Most people don’t know how important a properly sized duct system is to making a home comfortable. That’s where I come in. I want to make sure that your ducts are capable of distributing the air evenly so that you don’t have hot and cold spots around your house. After work I can’t wait to spend some quality time with my family. I also enjoy hunting and fishing, and just being outdoors.

Neil-GerraldI am a Texarkana native currently living in the New Boston Area with my beautiful wife and our children. We are members of Calvary 1st Baptist Church in Simms. I am a graduate of the Texarkana College Heating and Air Conditioning school and have been involved in the industry for over seven years now. Unlike most people I’m sure, heating and air conditioning is really exciting to me. I am constantly pouring over trade magazines and industry web sites to hone my skills in order to be the best service technician out there. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family more than anything else. My mother is the person who I admire the most. She is very hard working and certainly instilled in me a strong work ethic. I also enjoy reading a good book or curling up with the misses for a movie. The highlight of my day is getting to meet and interact with all of my customers. I look forward to seeing you soon.

Service Manager

Randy-CoatsI currently live in the Atlanta area near Texarkana, and recently began my own family starting with my beautiful wife Kat. We are also enjoying the latest addition to our family, a Yorkshire terrier puppy named Shelby who definitely makes life a bit more interesting. My wife and I are both members of the Crossway Church in Atlanta and believe very strongly in being active in our community. I have been in and around this kind of work for over 15 years now starting as an apprentice and working my way up to a technician. I graduated from Texarkana College’s HVAC course and now use the knowledge I gained to further the development of my career. In my personal time I really enjoy fishing or going out to a movie with Kat. When your system stops working, give us a call and I will get you back up and running in no time.

My name is Cindy Bradford and while I am new to the HVAC industry, I have quickly found it to
be a great career choice for me. As aCindy_Bradford mother of four beautiful daughters; Jesika, Haven, Jennifer, and Jessica, I wanted to show them not to fear an industry so dominated by men. I enjoy the challenges that come along with this type of work as it is both physically demanding and mentally challenging.  Taking courses at Texarkana College with a lot of support from my wonderful husband Chuck Bradford, was a great decision for me. The importance of a college education was something very important to me and something else I hoped would be a good example for my daughters to see. Recalling one of my first calls and a comment that a customer made to me, “And they said a woman could never do a man’s job.” I am reminded again just how important it is to prove myself in this profession where men have held the monopoly for so long.  In my spare time I enjoy all the outdoor activities that our community has to offer, including hunting, camping, and wettin my lure down on Kelly creek whenever I get the chance. Raising Great Danes, while quite challenging sometimes, is another very rewarding activity I enjoy when not working on your home’s comfort needs. I also love spending time with my three wonderful grandchildren; Brody, Keegan, and Lainey. Something else I feel very strongly about is giving back to my community. Some great volunteer programs that I am a part of include Toys for Tots, Shoe Boxes for Kids, and the Harvest Texarkana Food Drive. In addition to these events, I am also involved with the Susan G Komen organization which holds a very special place in my heart as my mother is a cancer survivor. I am very excited to be working for Aloha Aire and I look forward to meeting each and all of you, our customers.

My name is Thom Shea, and I have lived in the Texarkana area since 1971. Upon graduating from
Arkansas High School in 1975, IThom got my first taste in sheet metal work, by going to work for Rockwell International, as a sheet metal hand. In 1978 I was introduced to a wider application of the trade when I joined Ideal Sheet Metal & AC Company, as a sheet metal mechanic. Learning correct design methods for proper air flow in a duct system was something that became a passion for me. Once I had become proficient in the trade, I began my own company starting T&S in 1984. I ran T&S until I decided to join Aloha Aire in 2006. I take pride in my work and consider myself a craftsman of the trade. You can rest assured that if I’m on your new equipment installation project, you will get all the benefits and peace of mind that my thirty plus years of experience can offer. Small or large every project I start is not done until I know it is done right! Whenever I am not bending tin, you will most often find me working in our garden, “which my wife will quickly explain, is hers” or perhaps out on the lake taking it easy. I also enjoy hitting the links when I get the chance at one of the many great courses our area has to offer.

Thom Shea
Installation Manager

HunterI got my start in the industry in 2008 when I applied at Aloha Aire. Upon hiring, I got to jump right in on the installation team, where I began to learn all the ins and outs of air conditioning and duct systems. My training has been ongoing both in the field and in class settings ever since, picking up lots of tips and tricks to better my craft. One thing I really enjoy about working here is the commitment to quality above all else. When I’m not elbow deep in duct transitions or knee high in equipment change outs, I spend a lot of my time playing on pretty much any kind of musical instrument I can get my hands on. I have played guitar for most of my life and recently I took up playing the drums. I can also play a pretty mean dobro. I am excited to be a part of where Aloha Aire is going and very excited to see where I can go in the industry.
