I just wanted to say how impressed I am with Aloha Aire, so far, in all aspects. The very first thing that impressed me, when I was searching for an AC service company, was this awesome web site. This is outstanding! And, I just knew that anyone that would put this much information on their web site, and make it so easy for me, would do a good job with service at my house. And, I was right.
I'm a little late in sending this, as I was waiting for input from the tenants, since I wasn't actually at the location when the work was performed. They, like me, have had to deal with another AC company in town for past issues, and we both had a sour taste in our mouths from dealing with them. However, they were VERY impressed with Aloha Aire in all aspects of the job.
I reported my issue on your web site. Neil called me to talk about the job and the issue. Then, Beverly called me. They had no problem calling the tenant and scheduling a service time with them. Then, Randy called me from the house the day he did the work to explain the issue and what he needed to do to fix it. All were very courteous and professional.
I also started a service agreement on this unit, based on everything I read on your web site. And, I can now have peace of mind with any HVAC issues with this property. And, when we do have issues, the tenant and I both know who to call.
Bottom line is, based on my experience with this one issue, I trust you guys. And that's something that is hard for me to do in today's world, as most businesses seem to have forgotten how to spell customer service. Aloha Aire has not.
I realize our service call was a little unconventional, due to the house being leased and you guys having to deal with me and the tenant. But, you pulled it all off with flying colors. I appreciate that.
The only thing that I would suggest is a small change to your web site. I would add everyone's email address in their profile in your "Meet Our Team" area. For example, if I just needed to respond to Beverly, I'd know who to email. If I wanted to thank Neil or Randy, I could email them directly. Or, heaven forbid, if someone had a complaint, they could also email the right person, or the service department in general...without having to fill out one of these forms. The forms are nice, but sometimes it's nice to just be able to send a quick email.
I say that because I know how busy I stay at work. But, I can work on an email in between doing other things...and send it when I'm done. And, sometimes it's hard to be on a phone call without interruptions.
